Many of the mortgage difficulties you have heard about in the media over the past year came about as a direct result of underestimating risk by lenders over the last several years. In response, over the past several months, underwriting guidelines have become much more restrictive and continue to be adjusted on an almost daily basis, leaving fewer loan programs available, and making it more challenging to close loans.

There are hundreds of thousands of loan officers in the United States, but in this mercurial industry, you need a lender with both the ability to provide competitive rates and fees, as well as the experience and know-how to get your loan closed on time.

My success in the mortgage industry is the result of creative efficiency, integrity and the experience garnered from closing over $35 million in residential mortgage loans. My background in the fine wine industry taught me that success is directly tied to client satisfaction, and I continue to strive today to provide my clients with the highest possible level of service.

My business is referral-based, and nearly 100% of my business comes from satisfied clients, trusted financial advisors and the most experienced realtors in the Triangle.
